You can apply for more than one position. Before completing this form, please note that you will need a reference ready to upload. Your reference should be from a consultant or supervisor on headed paper and in PDF format.

All applications will be anonymised prior to judging. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 10 minute Teams interview.

 

The following positions are available:

Webmaster

– Update all content on the webpage

– Liaise with our website hosting company

– Oversee any changes/fixes needing to be made on our website

– Curate the members only pages on the SRT site

– Organise and monitor ticket and membership sales

– Help with conference organisation

 

Educational officer

– You must be a Radiology Registrar to apply for this position

– There will be 2 educational officers on the committee who are expected to work closely together

– Liaising with external organisations to coordinate events (e.g working with ASiT to coordinate teaching sessions, collaboration on events with IR Juniors)

– Help with conference organisation including workshop preparation

– Contacting organisations to arrange SRT member discounts

 

Events coordinator 

– Keeping the website and social media platforms up to date with relevant events (assisting the social media officer)

– Help with conference organisation including workshop preparation and post-conference dinner events

– Liaising with external organisations to coordinate events (e.g collaboration on events with IR Juniors, ASiT radiology teaching sessions etc.)

Medical student representative

– You must be a medical student to apply for this position

– Liaise with medical student societies to share events and adverts

– Help with conference organisation

 

In addition to the above all roles will help with general organisation and running of the annual SRT conference.
