SRT 2026 Poster Guidelines

This year, we are proud to be moving to a fully digital e-poster display at #SRT2026. You are not required to print or bring a physical poster to the conference.

This is a decision we have made together as a community to reduce unnecessary printing costs for our presenters, cut waste, and lower the environmental footprint of our conference.

Please read the following carefully before preparing your e-poster:

  1. The e-poster title must match the submitted abstract title.

  2. The first or second named author(s) of the e-poster must attend the SRT conference for the e-poster to be displayed and for the author(s) to receive a certificate.

  3. Please design your e-poster in LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION with a 16:9 ASPECT RATIO (1920×1080 px recommended) to ensure optimal display on our screens. *

  4. Please upload your e-poster as a high-resolution PNG file here:

  5. Please include references and relevant affiliations in your e-poster.

  6. The deadline for submissions to be considered for presentation and the subspecialty prize competition is 20 April 2026 at 5:00 pm.

  7. Please note that presenters with abstracts accepted for oral presentation are also required to submit an e-poster to be eligible for the respective subspecialty prize.

  8. By submitting an e-poster, you agree for it to be displayed on SRT Platforms including the SRT Conference platform, website and social media.

  9. Please note that all submissions are subject to proofreading and editing, and we may request amendments before accepting an e-poster.

  10. We reserve the right to reject any e-poster that does not meet the standards suitable for presentation. This includes e-posters that display confidential information, contain erroneous or fabricated text/images, or do not adhere to the formatting guidelines.
