SRT 2026 Poster Guidelines
This year, we are proud to be moving to a fully digital e-poster display at #SRT2026. You are not required to print or bring a physical poster to the conference.
This is a decision we have made together as a community to reduce unnecessary printing costs for our presenters, cut waste, and lower the environmental footprint of our conference.
Please read the following carefully before preparing your e-poster:
-
The e-poster title must match the submitted abstract title.
-
The first or second named author(s) of the e-poster must attend the SRT conference for the e-poster to be displayed and for the author(s) to receive a certificate.
-
Please design your e-poster in LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION with a 16:9 ASPECT RATIO (1920×1080 px recommended) to ensure optimal display on our screens. *
-
Please upload your e-poster as a high-resolution PNG file here:
-
Please include references and relevant affiliations in your e-poster.
-
The deadline for submissions to be considered for presentation and the subspecialty prize competition is 20 April 2026 at 5:00 pm.
-
Please note that presenters with abstracts accepted for oral presentation are also required to submit an e-poster to be eligible for the respective subspecialty prize.
-
By submitting an e-poster, you agree for it to be displayed on SRT Platforms including the SRT Conference platform, website and social media.
-
Please note that all submissions are subject to proofreading and editing, and we may request amendments before accepting an e-poster.
-
We reserve the right to reject any e-poster that does not meet the standards suitable for presentation. This includes e-posters that display confidential information, contain erroneous or fabricated text/images, or do not adhere to the formatting guidelines.
* Format Guidance
- In PowerPoint, use Widescreen (16:9) slide size.
- In Canva, use Presentation (16:9) format or a custom size of 1920 × 1080 px minimum.
- Export the e-poster as a high-resolution PNG file.
