Abstract Submissions Open Until 22nd March

  • 250-word limit per abstract (excluding section titles, authors, and references); submit each abstract separately.

  • Structured into background, methods, results, and conclusion OR, for educational abstracts, into affiliation, background, purpose, and summary.

  • By submitting you agree it is your own work, you have co-author approval, acknowledge it may be shared with the relevant subspecialty society, and that you or a co-author must attend in-person.

  • All submission may require alterations before acceptance and we reserve the right to reject it at any point.

  • Prizes are announced during the conference closing ceremony.  Decisions made by judges are final.

Head & Neck imaging can be challenging, yet is an essential skill for every radiologist! We have collaborated with the amazing BMUS team to deliver a simplified approach on neck and thyroid imaging with practice and feedback on your technique.

The Venue

The Harbour Hotel, set on a small private marina, is Southampton’s only five-star hotel and, in keeping with its waterside location, its unique design mirrors a striking super yacht.

  • The main conference sessions will take place in The Bow, a large event room with impressive high ceilings, floor -to -ceiling windows, and a panoramic backdrop of the Solent. 

  • The workshops will take place in The Needles event rooms. 

Take some time out to relax, refresh and rejuvenate before or after the conference in the HarSPA, which features a swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, state -of-the -art gym, fitness studio and luxury treatment rooms.

Complementary parking is available for all delegates at the Ocean Multi-storey Car Park.

Can I attend for just one day?

> Single-day tickets are not available, and we encourage attendance of both days.  If necessary, however, you may attend only one day.

How much does a ticket cost?

> Ticket price varies by grade of training.  However a 15% discount is available to logged-in members with an active SRT membership.

Is there a dress code?

> No.  However you may wish to dress in business attire particularly if giving a presentation.

What does the oral presentation require?

> Full details will be sent in the confirmation emails to those who this applies to.
